You may fill out the printable online form . Be as detailed as possible; you may wish to make duplicate copies for future use.
2) Select your material
-Cast Iron: high-quality, centrifugally cast gray iron, use for general purposes and high performance applications
-Forged Aluminum 4032: for nickel/silicone carbide type plating applications.
-Ferritic Ductile Iron 65-45-12: approximately the same tensile and yield strengths as AISA 1020 steel in the as-rolled condition. Advanced Sleeve specs conform to ASTM A536 grade.
Tensile psi (min) 65,000 - Yield psi (min) 45,000 - Elongation (min) 12% - Hardness Range 143-207 BHN
-Partially Pearlitic Deuctile Iron 80-55-06: readily machine-able with good surface finishes. Tensile and yield strengths similar to AISA 1040 steel in the as-rolled condition. Advanced Sleeve Specs conform to ASTM A536 Grade.

-100-70-03 Pearlitic Ductile Iron: maximizes strength and wear characteristics of ductile iron. Advanced Sleeve specs similar to ASTM A536 grade.
Tensile psi (min) 100,000 - Yield psi (min) 70,000 - Elongation (min) 03% - Hardness Range 241-329 BHN
